Return of an unwanted article

In accordance with Article L.121-16 and following of the Consumer Code, the buyer has 15 working days to return the product to us at his expense.

 

 

1/ Return your package to us

 (at SORDALAB, 15 avenue des grenots, 91150 Etampes - Service retour)

The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and without markings.
The shipper must ensure that it uses appropriate packaging and protections. Put the item in its original box and put it in another shipping box. Do not directly stick a shipping label on the box of the returned item.
The returned items are the responsibility of the shipper during transport. Any item damaged during the return transport will not be exchanged or refunded.

2/ You MUST attached to the package the photocopy of your delivery slip (DS), as well as the return card which

In the event of a technical question or difficulties encountered when using the equipment, our scientific consultants travel to institutions free of charge if questions cannot be answered by telephone.
