Distance sensor
This sensor measures the distance that separates it from its target (object placed in front of the transceiver) thanks to the emission of ultrasounds, and directly calculates the speed and the acceleration. The sensor locates the position of an object if it is placed between 15 centimetres and 8 meters away.
The head rotates 360 ° and an LED light comes on when the target is detected.
This sensor allows very precise measurements and a wide range of experiments; it adapts very easily on dynamic study benches.
