Plexiglas tank specially designed for the study of photosynthesis.

This is a large volume tank that allows the introduction of a complete elodea plant.
This avoids cutting the plant into pieces to study photosynthesis and optimise the results. Indeed, when the elodea is cut into pieces, the plant suffers stress that can disrupt its metabolism and lead to the failure of the activity.

The tank consists of two concentric Plexiglas chambers and a rubber stopper pierced by two 12mm diameter holes.
The dimensions of the base allow you to place the tank on our stirrer (reference HSF) or any magnetic stirrer.
