"Simulation of determination of blood and Rhesus groups"
Our kit adds the determination of blood rhesus to the classical determinations of groups AB, A, B and O.
Cognitive objectives:
Make an agglutination on a slide
Determine blood groups
Determine the rhesus and examine the risks of incompatibilities related to graft rejection.

Proposed activity:
4 drops of different simulated bloods will be deposited on a slide.
The ABO and Rh blood groups will be determined by adding antiserum-A, antiserum-B, and antiserum-RH (anti-D).

Results obtained:
Agglutinations leading to Blood typing
The agglutination is visible to the naked eye and very fast. Results provided in the notes.

Composition (for 60 tests):

• 4 vials of 10 ml simulating the blood of 4 individuals (1, 2, 3 and 4)
  
• 3 vials of 15 ml simulating the anti-A serums; anti-B and anti-Rh (anti-D)
  
• 30 slides with concavities
  
• 100 toothpicks
