Results obtained:
1st action: If the culture medium is supplemented with adenine in large quantity, the strain does not redden.
2nd action: If the strain is deprived of oxygen, it does not redden.

Composition :
The kit is composed of the strain and the medium

• Saccharomyces cerevisae Ade2 on a Petri dish
  
• 1 litre specific to the growth of our Ade2 yeast (for 50 Petri
  dishes), 50 blank pellets, adenine powder, 200 ml of sterile water

  OPTION Material for 40 students:
  
• 25 sterile droppers
  
• 1 KOVA numbering contact slides
  
• 20 inoculators
  
• 20 sterile spreaders
  
• Sterile tubes: 20 of 5 ml, 2 of 50 ml and 4 of 10 mlConservation:
  2 months at 4° C. Attention, the strain blanches in the refrigerator, arrange for transplanting if you keep the strain for more than two weeks.
