Composition :

• 2g of starch
  
• 3g of glucose
  
• 6 ready-to-use dialysis membranes
  
• 8.4g of starch for In Vitro digestion
  
• 1.2g amylase
  
• 6ml of lugol
  
• 150ml of Fehling A + B liqueur
  
• 6 clamps to close the dialysis tubes

  Preparation time: 10 minutes (water bath and membranes
