Introduce students to the cultivation of a bacterial strain.
We selected the strain Halobacterium salinarum because it has the advantage of growing on a very salty culture medium which prevents the growth of any other microorganism.
Students therefore handle it safely.

Composition :

• 1 strain of Halobacterium salinarum on a Petri dish
  
• 20 dishes of medium, diameter 90mm
