Make students aware of the importance of proper hygiene to preserve the microbiota of the skin, including the choice of soap for hand washing.
Students will learn that many microorganisms are present on their hands and that depending on whether they wash with different soaps or hydroalcoholic gel, different microbiota will be eliminated.

Composition for 30 pairs of students:

• 30 boxes of rich medium, 90 mm diameter
  
• A bottle of hydroalcoholic gel
  
• Two bottles of different soaps
  
• Parafilm for 30 Petri dishes: parafilm is used to seal cultures after growth to prevent pupils from coming into contact with microorganisms
