It is the essential support for studying the influence of temperature on the propagation speed of seismic waves. Indeed, modelling clay can effectively model a tectonic plate, however, most modelling clays are made with an anti-hardener which limits the effects of temperature on the texture. This modelling clay hardens in the freezer (less than two hours) and softens in the heat. Block of 1kg. ≈ 600 cm3
