Small ripple tank for students, to highlight the phenomena of diffraction, refraction and interference.
The tank measures only 10 cm on one side and is positioned on a base that generates waves and light. The waves are projected onto a screen above the tank.
The white light source can be set in continuous mode or strobe mode.
The unit measures only 140 x 200 x 160 mm and is made of sturdy plastic. The tank is powered by a 9V adapter (supplied).
The tank is delivered with 3 interchangeable exciters, generating plane, circular or doubly circular waves. Accessories for studying diffraction or refraction are also provided.
