Tank to demonstrate the law of conservation of mass during a chemical reaction between 2 chemicals.
For example, a piece of limestone (chalk) is placed in the bottle and hydrochloric acid in the basket suspended from the stopper.
We weigh it all with the aid of a balance then we lean the enclosure to pour the acid on the limestone.
We weigh it all again and verify that the mass is retained after the reaction.
