Protein kit for the vertical tank
Protein molecular weights are determined by vertical polyacrylamide gel analysis. The molecular weight of pre-colored proteins, initially unknown, can be determined by comparison with the size marker corresponding to standard colored proteins.

Electrophoresis 60 min. Staining 20 min*.
Optional* decolorization 15 to 60 minutes.
