This device allows easy and effective measurement of plant transpiration. This potometer, compared to other models, is very resistant because just one component is glass (capillary tube) which limits the risk of breakage.
The device consists of a glass tube placed in front of a graduated scale and connected to a syringe by a T-piece. The unit is fixed on a rigid plate mounted on a stand.
It is also possible to measure hygrometry by connecting a hygrometer to the vertical tubing.
